Happy Toasted Marshmallow Day eve!!! HA! Do I really need a reason to celebrate the toasted marshmallow? This actually seems like it should be a fall holiday, but since I’m going with a s’mores theme, I’ll take it any day of the year! I knew I wanted to do something today to inspire you all for “the big day tomorrow”, so I thought it was time to give the s’mores dip phenomenon a try! It couldn’t be easier, or more delicious!
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallows (I used mini marshmallows)
- Honey Graham Crackers
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fill bottom of a small cast iron skillet, or small baking dish of your choice, with chocolate chips. Layer the marshmallows over the chocolate chips and bake until marshmallows are golden brown. Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes and then serve with graham crackers while warm and gooey! Enjoy!
