Happy Boozey Tuesdays! In case you’re new to this series, I’m sharing a summer cocktail every week this season for your sipping pleasure ;) Somehow I ended up playing with my kiddo outside in the rain after this one lol.
What would Boozey Tuesdays be without a yummy fruit infused champagne cocktail? This is a perfect alternative to the standard (but oh so good) mimosa we’re used to sipping on for brunch. Fresh blueberry puree and a squeeze of lemon and lime make this the perfect summer champagne sparkler.
- 1 lemon - cut into pinwheels
- 1 lime - cut into pinwheels
- 20 blueberries
- In a large sangria glass, muddle together 15 blueberries, 1 lemon pinwheel, and one lime pinwheel. Fill glass with champagne and remaining blueberries, stir, and garnish glass with a lemon pinwheel.
