September Birchbox Review

The value of goodies in my Birchbox always exceeds my $10 monthly subscription fee, and this month was no exception. The very first thing I pulled out of my box was a $25 gift card to Madewell. I always have a wish list at this shop, so I can’t wait to cash it in.

Besides getting products I’ve never tried, Birchbox is also a great way to discover new products that I’ve never heard of such as The Brush Guards – slip these breathable plastic guards over your wet brushes after you’ve cleaned them to maintain their shape and keep them covered when dry to protect against dust.

Other fun products I’m excited about include the Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse Beauty Balm SPF 25+, the custom Color Club blue creme nail polish in Insta-This, Fekkai Salon Technician Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner, Vasanti BrightenUp! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator, and a twistband Hair Tie.

What did you get in your Birchbox? I’d love to hear what worked and what didn’t.

Your Thoughts?

  • I got some of the same, I love seeing how everyone’s boxes are different. I got a really pretty gray nail polish, the same pink twistband, and the Brighten Up. I love the twistbands, but they seem to get looser, the knots slide down… I don’t know how to explain it lol!

  • I liked my box this month too. I was surprised to see the Madewell gc in there, but even with that their things are pricey. I love high quality, I’m sure they are, I just wish I had the budget for it. What are you gonna pick up?

I got a CC polish too, mine was pinkish gold metallic, so pretty!
