Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sliders Recipe

I added these buffalo chicken ranch sliders to my Memorial Day themed Friday’s Fab Five two weeks ago and I’ve already made them twice since then! They’re so easy/fun/different/good. The first time I made them was on Memorial Day and I meant to take a pic but they disappeared way too quickly {I blame my husband, of course lol}. Sometimes it’s hard to take a pic when you’re hungry and want to eat something hot and fresh out the kitchen, but literally, I looked over and they were gone lol.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon dried ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
small slider size rolls
additional buffalo wing sauce
ranch dressing
assorted greens or lettuce
vegetable oil for cooking burgers

Directions:

Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat. Add ground chicken, chopped onion, chopped celery, ranch dressing mix, buffalo wing sauce, Worcestershire and black pepper to a large bowl. Mix well with hands and form meat mixture into 8 equal patties.

Drizzle skillet or brush grill with vegetable oil. Cook burgers over medium heat until done, or the internal temperature is 165°. We cooked ours on the grill outside with no oil.

Serve burgers on rolls slathered with ranch or blue cheese dressing, topped with additional wing sauce and fresh greens.

So what do you think of these buffalo chicken sliders? Is this something you would try? They go great with raspberry lemondade for an outdoor cookout!
