Vodka Raspberry Lemonade Recipe

‘Tis the season for poolside barbeques and lemonade. I made this raspberry lemonade last week and loved coming home to a glass every evening after work. It’s a fun twist on traditional lemonade, and it’s SO good! This is a super easy semi-homemade recipe, yet looks freshly squeezed with the lemon and raspberry garnishes ;)

Ingredients:

2 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
6 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
2 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup fresh raspberries, garnish
1 lemon, sliced garnish
2 cups vodka {optional}

Directions:

In a pitcher, combine raspberry lemonade concentrate, water and lime juice. Stir in lemon-lime soda. Fill each glass with crushed ice and garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon slice.

Adult Version

By the glass – add 1 1/2 ounces vodka (1 shot) per 8 ounce glass.
By the pitcher – replace 2 cups of water in recipe above with 2 cups of vodka.
