Memorial Day Spinach Tortellini Salad Blueberry Sangria Recipe Southern Peach Cobbler Buffalo Chicken Sliders Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

I’m so excited about my three day weekend! I’m going to a cookout over at my friend’s house, and debating on what to take. I’m thinking about the buffalo chicken sliders and blueberry sangria, yum!

  • This spinach and tortellini salad recipe is literally the reason I love to cook today. I discovered it 5 years ago and it was perfect for my “rookie status” level of cooking at the time, yet interesting enough to spark a love for cooking.
  • I’m a southern peach from Georgia, so I’d love to try this southern peach cobbler.
  • I went to dinner with a friend recently and she ordered the most amazing blueberry sangria. It was so delish and I’ve been looking for a homemade version ever since. This wild Maine blueberry sangria looks very tempting!
  • I’ve made this Hawaiian chicken kabobs recipe so many times and LOVE it. I add red onions, pineapple, and peppers to the skewers and serve with extra sauce – make a double batch of sauce and use 1/2 for the chicken marinade and reserve the other half {do not use this half on raw chicken} to serve over a side of white rice. SO good!
  • Buffalo chicken ranch sliders! Need I say more?

I hope you all take the time to remember the men and women who lost their lives to protect our freedom. The fun in the sun, fireworks, cookouts, and family gatherings would not have been possible without their sacrifice for our country.
