ADDICTED!!! I am so in love with Maybelline’s Color Tattoo 24 hour creme eyeshadow. I have never been good at applying eyeshadow with a brush. My shadow always turns out muddy or spotty even with best brushes, the most blendable shadows, and countless YouTube tutorials I’ve watched.

I’ve finally found my eyeshadow fix… Maybelline’s Color Tattoo. I bought these myself and am not affiliated with Maybelline in any way, I’m just that passionate about these creme shadows. They are highly pigmented, very blendable, and so easy to apply. Since this is a long wearing shadow, I really only cared about their everyday colors that I want to last long such as Bad to the Bronze, Tough as Taupe, Bold Gold, and Too Cool. I think the only colors I didn’t pick up were a super bright blue, green, orange, and purple. I feel like these shades are best for a night out, but I don’t need my night out eyeshadow to last as long, so I probably would pick up shadows that are less expensive.

I wore the Color Tattoo Tough as Taupe vs. my powder taupe today and the color was much more smooth, vibrant, and looked perfect all day. I applied a bit to my finger, smudged it starting at my outer corner, and blended it inward on the outer 1/3 of my eye. It made an instant everyday wearable smokey eye. I filled the rest in with a light champagne shimmer shadow and a little Too Cool on the inner corner of my eyes.

All of the colors I picked up were very pigmented except for Too Cool, which is fine since I’d probably only wear a spot of it in my inner corners. The packaging was amazing – heavy glass containers, very comparable to Mac Paint Pots. The price however was much better than Mac Paint Pots at $6.50 each AND, I got them buy one get one half off at CVS. The only con is I wish they had more colors to choose from. The colors I picked up were great for outer corners, with the exception of Too Cool which is great for inner corners, but I’d like more colors for in between.

Have any of you tried Maybelline Color Tattoo creme eyeshadows? If so, what did you think.
