I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, which includes a lot of salads, so I’m trying to get creative! I love making homemade dressing and topping it on a seasoned and grilled chicken salad with dried cranberries, fresh blueberries, sliced almonds and crumbled goat cheese. That’s the way to do a salad!
I hope you enjoy my pomegranate vinaigrette salad dressing recipe, and feel free to swap the pomegranate vinaigrette for raspberry vinegar, or the flavor of your choice.
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pomegranate vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, oregano, and pepper. Shake well.
